Get ready to register for the 2021-22 school year!
WVCLS would like to invite interested families to register early, as early birds get to enjoy discounted tuition! Our early registration period begins this Friday, April 9th and ends on April 30th. More information will come later.

To reduce your waiting time, please come at the time below.

10:00 am - 11:00 am, For last name A - L
11:00 am- 12:00 n, For last name M - Z

To protect both your family and our staff, we will use a zero touch approach, please follow the following instruction during pick up.

Please use a Letter Size Paper, write down your children’s First and Last Name, Class (As large as possible) and show it on your Car Dashboard. If you are a new student, please put a letter “N” on your signage.
When you arrive, please follow the directions from board members in the driveway. THERE IS NO PARKING ALLOWED in the location, you must sit inside your car and wait.
A board member will carry your item, and please open your trunk for our member to put it inside your car and we will help to close it when needed.
And you should leave the location and make room for other parents asap.

Due to COVID-19 and the shelter-in-place order, WVCLS has decided to implement distance learning for the fall semester.

Our first day of class this year is on Friday, August 28, 2020. All of our teachers will deliver instruction online via Zoom. Parents will find class meeting information either via email from teachers or Google Classroom.

Textbooks and other school materials must be picked up prior to the first day of class. Please watch out for notices from the school board for specific instructions.

Our school will continue to accept enrollment applications. New and returning students can register online through September 11.

2020-21新學期的開學日為2020年8月28日。由於新冠肺炎疫情及居家避疫令，西谷中文學校的秋季課程將以網上授課。
各家長敬請留意學校對教課書及作業本的分發流程的安排。

有意就讀本校的學生可於九月十一日前於網上注冊。

Early registration for the 2020-21 school year is now OPEN!
Families that register between April 24th and May 8th will be eligible for an early registration discount.

Registration can be done online for both returning and new students. While we are still accepting applications by mail, families are highly encouraged to register online.

Based on the information from the Santa Clara County Health Department, the Santa Clara County Office of Education, and Fremont Union High School District, WVCLS will be closed to students temporarily between March 13 and April 10. Our classes will move to online format during this time.

CK, CT1, C1: Instructional videos will be provided to support student learning at home
C2 through AP: Classes will be delivered online via web service. Students are expected to participate during the regular class time

Families should expect to receive further instructions from their class teachers as early as next Monday.

We thank you for your patience as we iron out the details.

We have been informed by Homestead High School that their facilities are no longer available to after-school programs due to concerns over Coronavirus.

All WVCLS classes have been cancelled until further notice.

Parents are encouraged to watch out for communications from the Principal. We will provide updates as they become available.]]>
