PTA Newsletter 5/28/2018

​Dear Parents,
As the 2017-2018 school year is coming to an end, here are a few things to know for the school’s promotion ceremony this Friday, June 1.
 
The ceremony will take place in the Gym, which is inside the Student Center from 7 PM to 8 PM. Please do not go to the classroom because the classroom door is locked until 8 PM. After the ceremony, the students will go to their respective classroom where the teacher will distribute the report card and trophies. Finally, the students can have a party organized by the room parents. If any parents are bringing food to the party, the food can be left in the Student Center until 8 PM. Then the parents can bring the food to the classroom. The class ends at 9 PM.
 
If you have registered already, the school will be sending you a letter in August on the start date and other information for the 2018-2019 school year. If you have not registered, you can still register (no early registration discount) in the school's website at: https://wvcls.org/registration.html.
