Materials Pickup

Textbook distribution is this Saturday, August 22nd from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.  Please refer to the email from our Registrar for the exact location.

To reduce your waiting time, please come at the time below.

• 10:00 am - 11:00 am, For last name A - L
• 11:00 am- 12:00 n, For last name M - Z

To protect both your family and our staff, we will use a zero touch approach, please follow the following instruction during pick up.

1. Please use a Letter Size Paper, write down your children’s First and Last Name, Class (As large as possible) and show it on your Car Dashboard. If you are a new student, please put a letter “N” on your signage. 
2. ​When you arrive, please follow the directions from board members in the driveway. THERE IS NO PARKING ALLOWED in the location, you must sit inside your car and wait.
3. A board member will carry your item, and please open your trunk for our member to put it inside your car and we will help to close it when needed. 
   And you should leave the location and make room for other parents asap.

Our staff is allowed to distribute the textbook to those who completed the registration only. If you have not completed the registration yet, please email us before pick up.
